📍 Eligibility:
This support is available to residents of Chorley, Preston, Bamber Bridge, and Leyland.
Please ensure you provide your correct postcode when filling the form.

🎁 Collection & Delivery Information:

• Parcels can be picked up from the church on 24th December, or

• We can deliver on 24th December between 12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight
